To gain the trust of our customers, we must have a 0-defect mindset without compromise. Each individual team member must be quality-conscious and everyone must take a united approach.  

Successfully pursue seemingly unattainable goals in complex systems
Success comes from striving scientifically for all sorts of challenging goals, not just from "eliminating waste" for greater efficiency. We must consistently change deliberately practicing a different routine in order to achieve the next challenge towards our vision.
